RESULTS: Tangerine success!

Hey little boozeangels,

I may or may not be on my 3rd drink already, at 8:20! I did go to the gym today, so it sort of evens out.

After 3 days of infusing, I strained & bottled the tangerine infusion. It tastes AMAZING. Distinctively tangerine, sweet and aromatic. Went very well with tonic or just over ice. I imagine it would be good as a replacement for triple sec or as a drier liqueur as well.

About Dazed & Infused

Failed science major turned to creative writing which led to a job as a bartender hack turned mixologist turned book editor turned writer who then went on to the world of International Corporate Communications. This is a bit getting back to his roots--that would be booze & science & rambling.

After my first successful infusion (basil) I’m reaching for the low-hanging fruit (har har) tomorrow! Thanks for the very informative post – I probably would’ve just tossed whole fruit slices in there. Very excited to see how the tangerine turns out!
